FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free first-class shipping by USPS on all orders. If you require next-day delivery, you can upgrade to a FedEx overnight shipment for a charge of $17.99. (FedEx orders must be received by 2PM EST in order to ship that same day.)
Shipping time for first-class delivery is generally 2-3 business days, depending on your distance from New York. U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times and TweezerPro is not responsible for shipping delays.
Shipping Rules & Policies:
U.S. Shipments only: We will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address anywhere in the United States. This includes APO addresses, US territories, and possessions. We do not ship internationally and cannot ship to hotels, motels, and resorts.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to TweezerPro within 90 days of purchase date. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within three days of receipt of merchandise.
CANCELING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
You may cancel your order as long as the order status is “in process.” Because our goal is to ship your order that same day, we need cancellations or modifications to your order within 3 hours of purchase. Once your order is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.
RETURN POLICY
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (minus the amount actually paid for shipping). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, we will credit your account as soon we receive the product. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, TweezerPro reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
How to return or exchange an item:
- To return an item please email us at TweezerPro to obtain a Return Authorization number. (Clicking on the “Contact Us” button will bring you to our email site.)
- Place the original package into a shipping container.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- Please write the Return Authorization number clearly on the outer box.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Rules:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for 10 days.
- TweezerPro is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
