If you purchased your Rubis, Dumont or Prevaro tweezers through TweezerPro, we would be glad to sharpen any that have become dull through normal use FREE. No S&H. If the tweezer is damaged, TweezerPro® will repair it for $5 or, at your option, we will replace it with a new one for half its current suggested price. This policy does not apply to Tweezerman tweezers.
To initiate a repair or sharpening request, please email us at email@example.com. Include your name, address, telephone information and approximate date of purchase from TweezerPro. We will email you specific shipping instructions and issue a return authorization number – this number is required for all sharpening and tweezer repairs.
Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that this offer is valid for TweezerPro customers only. If this item was received as a gift, please include the purchasers name and approximate date of purchase. TweezerPro is not responsible for the loss of any tweezers not sent in insured packaging.
TWEEZERMAN TWEEZERS – Sharpening Policy
All Tweezerman® tweezers are guaranteed by the manufacturer to perform and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Tweezerman Int’l will repair or replace (at their option) the defective tweezer FREE.
Tweezerman® will sharpen any Tweezerman tweezers that have become dull through normal use FREE for as long as the tweezers can be resharpened. No shipping and handling. No processing fees.
If the implement is damaged, Tweezerman® will repair it for $5 or, at your option, they will replace it with a new one for half its current suggested price. An invoice will be sent back to you with the repaired tweezers.
